- DISTANCES : 1500m – 74km – 18km
- Minimum age: 18 during the current year.
- Unlicensed athletes will be required to show their ID card at the time of registration and to take out a one-day insurance policy.
- Licensed athletes must present a valid license from an international triathlon federation and their identity card.

There is no locker to leave your post-race belongings. You are authorized to leave your post-race belongings at the entrance to the bike park or at your bike park location. You can use a plastic box or a backpack.
CHECK OUT (Collection of race material in the transition park) 17:30 - 20:00
Departure
- The swimming start will be organized in rolling start format.
- Every 10 seconds, 5 athletes will start the race.
- The position in the queue is free.
- We advise athletes who are less comfortable swimming to start at the back.
Sports events
Swimming- 1500 m
- A 1500m loop by holding the buoys in your right hand (pass to the left of the buoys).
- Wetsuits are allowed if the temperature is below 24° and are mandatory below 16°.
- The decision regarding the wearing of the wetsuit will be determined by the referees on the morning of the event.
- The maximum time is 0:50.
- WARNING: Warming up in the water is prohibited before the start.
Cycling - 74 km
- NON-DRAFTING event 2 laps of 37 km around the region of Maredsous through the Molignée Valley.
- Course with relief including 500m of positive elevation gain per loop.
- ATTENTION : Bike course open to traffic. The highway code remains strictly applicable.
- 1 refreshment per lap.

We'll give you a water bottle at the refreshment station.
- Any athlete who has not started his or her second lap by 16:35 a.m. will be disqualified and will not be allowed to start a second lap.
- The maximum time to return to the bike park is 4 hours (Swim + Bike).
Running- 18 km
- With multiple passes through the finish area, the fans will literally push the athletes to the finish line. Spectacle guaranteed!
- 3 laps of 6 km, mostly along the Meuse.
- Course including 15m of positive difference in altitude per loop.
- The course is 95% asphalt and 5% road.
- 2 refreshments per lap.
- The maximum time is 6:00 (swim + bike + run).
- Closing of the race at 3pm.
The athletes rewarded are as follows (separate rankings for duathlon and triathlon):
- Top 3 scratch men
- Top 3 scratch women
- For the duo, we reward the 1st in each "fun" category (see below).

PRINCIPLE OF THE DUO :
- The Duo team is composed of two athletes of the same sex or mixed
- Each pair must stay together for the entire length of the event: Swimming, Cycling and Running
- Distances : 1500m – 74km – 18km
- Minimum age: 18 during the current year.
- Both team members MUST present themselves to the secretariat to collect their number.
- No bib limit
THE DUO IN PRACTICE :

Both team members have one bib each and a timing chip for the team.
- The teammates must start at the same time (rolling start 1 team/3 sec).
- Regardless of the discipline, participants may not be connected by a rope or any other aid material.
- Manual assistance (hand on the back) will be tolerated.
- In cycling, drafting will only be allowed between teammates and the use of time trial bikes will also be allowed.
- Drafting is prohibited with other participants
- The teammates will have to race together, otherwise they will be sanctioned by a 3' penalty. Below are the maximum distances allowed in each discipline:
- Swimming: 15m
- Bike : 50m
- Running : 5m
- Teammates must exit the transition zones together. A maximum gap of 5 seconds will be tolerated (swim/bike and bike/run transition)
- The time limits for finishing each discipline are the same as for the solo event.
- The final team time will be taken based on the last teammate crossing the finish line.
