- Until when are registrations open?

It is possible to register until 07/07/2025 subject to availability.

- What does the registration fee include?

The price you pay includes registration, administration costs, participant gift, refreshments and finisher's medal. 

- Am I registered correctly?

You can check whether you are in order to register via la liste des inscrits du TIHM. 

- What if my distance is complete and I am not registered?

You can register on the waiting list. Depending on cancellations, you will be informed if a place becomes available. 

- I am responsible for a club, is it possible to make a group registration?

Yes, you can decide to create a group via the registration platform : créer un groupe

- I want to change some data in my registration, can I do it?

Yes, it is possible to make changes via the runner's area received in the confirmation email.  

- Can I change my distance?

All distance transfer requests will be accepted via the e-mail address : info@tihm.be

  • In the event of a downgraded distance, the difference in the registration fee will not be reimbursed. 
  • For any request to increase the distance, the difference in the registration fee between the two distances must be paid by bank transfer for the registration to be validated. 

- Can I transfer my registration to another athlete?

Yes, you can do it yourself via your runner's area on the Njuko platform.

Please note that this transfer must be completed by 7 June 2025. 

- Can I be reimbursed if I can't attend?

Repayment terms depend on two factors:  

  • Did you subscribe to the cancellation pack when you registered ? 
  • When did you send in your claim for reimbursement ? 

You can find all the information about dates and amounts on our website on page :  conditions d'annulation.  

In the case of a refund, it will be credited to the account through which you made the purchase.  

- What documents do I need to show when I pick up my number?

  • If you have a licence, you must present your identity card and your triathlon licence.  
  • If you do not have a licence, you must present your identity card and take out one day's insurance. 

Who can take part in this event? 

Anyone can take part, as long as they meet the minimum age for each event. 

- Are there time limits for each discipline?

Yes, each race has its own time limits. Please find all the information on the ‘time limit’ tab of the event concerned. 

- What happens if I exceed the time limit?

If you exceed the time limit for an event, the referees will decide not to let you take part in the next discipline. 

- Is a neoprene swimming suit mandatory?

Wetsuits must be worn if the water temperature is below 16°C.  

Wearing a wetsuit is not compulsory if the water temperature is between 16°C and 23°C.  

Above 23°C, wetsuits must not be worn. 

- What is the temperature of the water?

A temperature reading will be taken on the morning of the event. We cannot predict the temperature in advance. The final decision on whether or not to wear a wetsuit will be made on the day of the race.

- Is it possible to rent a wetsuit?

  • The suit will be available on the day of the event at the Infinitri stand in the exhibitors' village. 
  • The single rental price is €45. 
  • A €100 deposit and the loan of your identity card will be required when you collect your wetsuit. The deposit and your ID card will be returned to you when you pick up your wetsuit.
  • Sizes are different for men and women. 
  • Intermediate sizes are available to ensure the suit fits you perfectly. 
  • In the event of cancellation, reimbursement of your wetsuit hire will be subject to the conditions set out in the cancellation pack. If you have not subscribed to the cancellation pack, you will not receive any refund.  
  • Combinations can be booked while stocks last (limited stock). 

- How to download the different courses?

GPX files for the various events can be downloaded by following these steps: 

  • Go to the Tests tab 
  • Click on your event 
  • Click on the ‘Info and routes’ tab 
  • Click on the ‘View on OpenRunner’ button 
  • The OpenRunner website page opens 
  • Click on ‘Download for GPS’. 

- How can I become a volunteer?

- Can I access the transition park with a backpack?

Rucksacks and plastic boxes up to L45, H25, W35 are permitted. There is no locker to leave your post-race belongings. You are authorised to leave your post-race belongings at the entrance to the bike park or at your place in the bike park. You can use a plastic box or a rucksack. 

- Are extension cords allowed?

Extenders are permitted, as drafting is prohibited in these events. 

- Is drafting allowed?

Drafting is prohibited in all events. There must be a minimum distance of 10 metres between the leading edge of your front wheel and the front wheel of the bike you are following. 

- I registered as a group, how can I get my number back?

There are 2 options to get your number via a group:

  • The group leader collects the race numbers of all the members of the group. 
  • Each member of the group picks up their number individually.
