Cancellation policy
Long Distance
With cancellation pack
- The cancellation pack must be purchased at the time of registration and cannot be taken out at a later date (€20).
- Cancellation and reimbursement of 100% of the registration fee (excluding administration costs) is possible until 05 July 2024.
- Cancellation is possible for personal reasons (without justification) or cancellation of the event.
- Postponement to 2025 is not permitted.
Without cancellation pack
- Cancellation possible until 14 June 2024 with a partial refund of €50.
Duo Long Distance
With cancellation pack
- The cancellation pack must be purchased at the time of registration and cannot be taken out at a later date (€30).
- Cancellation and reimbursement of 100% of the registration fee (excluding administration costs) is possible until 05 July 2024.
- Cancellation is possible for personal reasons (without justification) or cancellation of the event.
- Postponement to 2025 is not permitted.
- Changes to the composition of the team must be submitted via registration before 14 June 2024.
Without cancellation pack
- Cancellation possible until 14 June 2024 with a partial refund of €100.
- Changes to the composition of the team must be submitted via registration before 14 June 2024.

Distance Transfer
Requests for amendments will be accepted until June 14, 2024.
In the event of a downgrading of distance, the difference in the registration fee cannot be refunded if you have not taken the cancellation package.
If the distance is increased, the difference in amount must be paid.
Number Pick-Up
Unlicensed athletes will be required to show their ID card at the time of registration and to have a one-day insurance policy.
For LICENSED athletes, a valid triathlon license must be shown at the time of race number collection.
