Cancellation policy
Long Distance
With cancellation pack
- The cancellation pack must be purchased at the time of registration and cannot be taken out at a later date (€20).
- Cancellation and reimbursement of 100% of the registration fee (excluding administration costs) is possible until 05 July 2025.
- Cancellation is possible for personal reasons (without justification) or cancellation of the event.
· The transfer of registration to another participant is possible until the day before the event, which is July 11, 2026, and will be charged €20.
- Postponement to 2026 is not permitted.
Without cancellation pack
· Cancellation is possible until June 12, 2026, with a partial refund of €64.50.
· The transfer of registration to another participant is possible until the day before the event, which is July 11, 2026, and will be charged €20.
· A deferral to the year 2027 is not possible.
Duo Long Distance
With cancellation pack
- The cancellation pack must be purchased at the time of registration and cannot be taken out at a later date (€20).

- Postponement to 2026 is not permitted.
Without cancellation pack
· Cancellation is possible until June 12, 2026, with a partial refund of €29.50.
· The transfer of registration to another participant is possible until the day before the event, which is July 11, 2026, and will be charged €15.
· A deferral to the year 2027 is not possible.
Duathlon Short Distance
With cancellation pack

Distance Transfer
- Increase in distance : any request will be accepted until the Monday before the competition, which is July 6, 2026, by paying the price difference between the two distances.
- Decrease in distance : any request will be accepted until the Monday before the competition, which is July 6, 2026. The price difference of registration cannot be refunded.
- For any change of distance during the week of the event, the change must be made at the secretariat on the day of the event by paying the processing fees, depending on the distance concerned.
- Any transfer of distance/participant made within 15 days prior to the competition may not be taken into account for the printing of the name and surname on the bib. However, the computer registration will remain correct.
The options
- All options taken at registration are transferable when transferring the bib to another participant, however no modifications to these options are possible (e.g.: t-shirt size, cancellation pack, one-day license, etc.)
- If you rent a wetsuit: in case of cancellation, the refund for the wetsuit rental is subject to the conditions outlined in the cancellation pack. If you did not subscribe to the cancellation pack, you will not receive any refund.
- In case of cancellation of the swimming event, all participants who reserved a wetsuit will be refunded 50%.
Number Pick-Up
- For any athlete ADULT NON-LICENSED, a competition pass (= a one-day insurance), to be subscribed via the form, is mandatory.
- For any athlete ADULT LICENSED, a valid license for 2026 must be submitted on the platform at the time of registration.
- For any athlete MINOR NON-LICENSED, a competition pass (= a one-day insurance), to be subscribed via the form, as well as parental authorization and a medical certificate are mandatory.
- For any athlete MINOR LICENSED, a valid license for 2026 must be submitted on the platform at the time of registration.
