The race will start at 9 am with a rolling start (5 athletes every 10 seconds) from Anhée.

- DISTANCES : 500 m – 37 km – 6 km
- Minimum age : 18 during the current year.
- Non-licensed athletes must show their identity card when collecting their number and must have taken out a one-day insurance policy when registering.
- Licensed athletes must present a valid licence from an international triathlon federation and their identity card.

There are no lockers for leaving your post-race belongings. You are authorised to leave your post-race belongings at the entrance to the bike park or at your bike park pitch. You can use a plastic box or a rucksack.

Start
- The swimming start will be organised in rolling start format.
- Every 10 seconds, 5 athletes will start the race.
- The position in the queue is free.
- We advise athletes with less swimming experience to start at the back.
Swimming - 500 m
- A 500m loop holding the buoys in your right hand (pass to the left of the buoys).
- Wetsuits are permitted if the temperature is below 24° and compulsory below 16°.
- The decision as to whether a wetsuit is to be worn will be taken by the referees on the morning of the event.
- The maximum time is 20 minutes.
- WARNING : Warming up in the water is forbidden before the start.
Bike - 37 km
- NON-DRAFTING Race
- 1 loop of 37 km around the Maredsous region via the Molignée Valley.
- A hilly route with 500m of ascent per loop.
- ATTENTION : Parcours vélo ouvert à la circulation. Le code de la route reste strictement d’application.
- The maximum time to return to the bike park is 2 hours and 15 minutes (Swim + Bike).
Run - 6 km
- With multiple passes through the finish area, the fans will literally be pushing the athletes towards the finish line. Spectacle guaranteed !
- 1 loop of 6 km, most of it along the banks of the Meuse.
- The route includes 15m of ascent per loop.
- The course is 95% tarmac and 5% track.
- 2 refuelling points per lap.
- The maximum time is 3 hours (swimming + cycling + running).
- Fermeture de la course à 13h00.
The athletes rewarded are as follows (separate rankings for the duathlon and triathlon) :
- 5 premiers scratch hommes
- Top 3 scratch women

The start will be given at 9:25 am in rolling start format (1 team every 3 seconds) from Anhée.

PRINCIPLE OF THE DUO :
- The Duo team is made up of two athletes of the same gender or mixed gender.
- Each pair must stay together for the entire event: swimming, cycling and running.
- Distances : 500m – 37km – 6km
- Minimum age : 16 during the current year
- Both members of the team MUST go to the secretariat to collect their number.
- The number of teams is limited to 100.
THE DUO IN PRACTICE :

The two team members each have a number and a timing chip for the team.
- Teammates must start at the same time (rolling start 1 team/3 sec).
- Whatever the discipline, participants may not be attached by a rope or any other aid.
- Manual assistance (hand behind the back) will be tolerated.
- In cycling, drafting will only be allowed between team-mates and the use of time trial bikes will also be permitted.
- Drafting with other participants is prohibited.
- Teammates must race together or face a 3' penalty. Below are the maximum gaps authorised in each discipline :
- Swimming : 15m
- Bike : 50m
- Run : 5m
- Teammates must leave the transition zones together. A maximum gap of 5 seconds will be tolerated (swim/cycle and bike/run transitions).
- The time limits for finishing each discipline are the same as for the solo event.
- The team's final time will be taken on the basis of the finish of the last team-mate to cross the finish line.
